About Us

Edibles Rex burgeoned from a small restaurant (Silver Spoon Carry-Out Café in Grosse Pointe Woods) Tammy Tedesco started in 1992 to Metro-Detroit’s top-notch caterer.

The heart of everything is Tammy’s love of creating delicious, wholesome foods for any program or occasion. It doesn’t stop there.
